Southern Pacific Works Destroyed in Naco Fire

In Naco, Ariz, the Southern Pacific machine shops roundhouse three engines and two coaches were destroyed by fire. The loss is estimated at 300,000 and the shops and roundhouse will not be rebuilt. The incident occurred today near Naco Sonora.

Wichita dispatch reports T M Potter of Warwich Kansas shot and killed his wife after she took the children for a walk on Sunday. In St Louis Missouri Charles Z Trembley president of the Real Estate Exchange shot himself in the head at his home and is near death in a hospital.

Wyoming Horses and Men for Big New York Show

The Kansas City report details a massive Wild West exposition planned in New York City from August 5 to 14 modeled on Cheyenne Frontier Days.
