L Rigdon is set to be appointed acting United States district attorney by Judge J A Riner following telegram instructions. Ridgely was removed from office Tuesday night and will form a law partnership with W Mullen in Cheyenne. Rigdon, a Jasper County Iowa native, rose from Wyoming prosecutor to a noted criminal lawyer with notable prosecutions in Ryan and Jenkins murder cases and the Dielkerson perjury case.
