Sheridan Cowboy Elis Dry Farmer of the Powder River Country
In Sheridan on April 6 Harry Little a dry farmer was killed in a pistol duel with Jim Taylor a cowboy at the LX Bar ranch at noon. An inquest conducted by County Coroner Dr. B Grevenses found Little died in self defense after drinking heavily and quarrels at the ranch.
