Secretary H A Floyd of the Wyoming Public Service Commission returned from Sioux City where he attended the Interstate Commerce Commission hearing on the Sioux City Live Stock Exchange vs C M St P R R Co et al. Intervening to protect Wyoming rates to Omaha and Chicago the commission joined with multiple state railroad commissions and live stock exchanges. Industrial Club Plans Junkets To Close Towns
