Matinees and evening shows run daily except Sundays with tickets 10c to 35c. Tonight features five pictures, illustrated song, and the Denver hit "As Long as the World Rolls On."
Sheriff Felix Alston arranged a pardon from Utah for horse thief Bob Stratton so he could be moved to Basin Wyoming for trial. Deputed transfer by Ed Cusick arrived in Cheyenne, aiming at a sentence likely longer than five years in Wyoming. The plan hinges on Stratton facing longer imprisonment after Basin proceedings.
