Receipts of cattle and sheep were strong for the week ending with about 12,000 head. Prices weakened early then recovered. good beef steers and fat cows sought. Notable sales include G. A. Rogers 20 cows at 2.80 and C. Wahl 51 cows at 2.90. Sheep demand remained active with lambs around 5.60 to 5.70 and ewes 3.50 to 3.80.
