Nick Krionderis files for divorce from Lizzie Krionderis alleging adultery with Bert Russell. They wed in Cheyenne on March 4, 1908. Krionderis claims the affair began May 19 and continued repeatedly thereafter.

Five Escape Lightly In Lenient Jail Sentences

Five offenders in the district court admitted wrong doing and received light penalties after long pretrial imprisonment. Miss Neema Hodges was fined 26 dollars for assault, with costs and possible sheriff imprisonment if unpaid. Ralph Drake got a 25 dollar fine and 30 days jail for receiving stolen property under 15 dollars. Lee Foreman received 60 days jail for petit larceny. Ellis Ireland was fined 25 dollars plus costs and 24 hours in county jail for entering a house to commit a felony.

Funeral of Mrs Skales Held at Gleason Chapel

The funeral of Mrs. N. B. Skales was conducted by Rev L. C. Hills at Gleason Chapel yesterday afternoon at 4. Many friends attended and floral offerings covered the casket as remains were sent to New Lisbon Wisconsin for interment.

Trinidad Colorado November 14 Mrs Ida Hart hotel employee attacked by Jack Madden a miner who drew a six shooter and fired twice wounding her hand and finger. Hart saved by nerve and quick action as Madden escaped. he is known in local mining camps and remains at large. Hart wife of a well known miner at Lakelie mine two miles west of Trinidad.

London reports a private appeal to British courts for separation from the prince on cruelty grounds. The princess, wife for five months, may seek divorce while friends say separation is the likely first step. The couple spent their honeymoon in France and have since appeared in London society.
