Pathfinder Dam Nears Completion in Wyoming Project
E H Baldwin, chief engineer of the reclamation service, says Pathfinder dam will finish before end of 1908, likely two months early. The dam will rise 100 feet with 110 feet more to add, costing about 4 million dollars and serving a 9 million dollar irrigation system to reclaim 350 000 acres across eastern Wyoming and western Nebraska. Prospective eastern settlers will visit the Pathfinder lands this summer and two automobile stages between Casper and the dam site will operate.
