County Surveyor Pease reported on new roads at Torrington Raw Hide Buttes Wheatland to Fort Collins cut off. these were opened as county highways.
The Casper Tribune reports that Menara J. D. Woodruff David Graham and B. B. Brooks bought the Cowl Creek coal mines east of town and plan development to supply coal across Wyoming and to Nebraskans along the F. I. & MW line. No winter expansion is planned, but existing workers stay on to meet current demand and coal delivery will continue as before.
