Special to The Leader from Basin Wyoming reports Mrs. Bila Smith known as Broncho Nell, recently convicted of horse stealing, sentenced by Judge Parma Lee to eighteen months in Rawlins Penitentiary. Burlington Line blocked by rockslide in Sheep Canon, covering 200 feet of track and stranding traffic. Storms and cold weather kill many lambs in the Big Horn Basin.
