A vivid chronicle of Cheyenne society this week describes Memorial Day observances with quiet reverence, honors conferred on promising youths, and gatherings by Turners, clubs, and churches. It details receptions for President McKinley, dinners for anniversaries, club meetings, baptisms of social life, and numerous tastely noted social events across homes and parks, including weddings, teas, picnics, and a farewell at Warren House.
