Denver to be permanent stock show headquarte rs
At the National Live Stock association meeting in Denver a proposal from the Stock Yards Company to invest 300000 to 400000 in a show pavilion and related facilities was placed to secure a ten year annual stock show with a 50000 escrow guarantee. The plan includes a building as good as the Fort Worth venue and to finance the shows, following 12000 paid admissions the previous evening. A slate of new directors from several western states and breed associations was elected.
