In Washington on February 25 the Shoshone Indian Reservation Wyoming bill to open the land for settlement passed the Senate after a long session. Amendments grant Amos Boysen a 600 acre mineral land purchase priority and suspend certain water rights rules until Indians’ rights are secured.
