Washington February 25 The senate committee on relations with Cuba acted unexpectedly this morning making an extra session unnecessary The committee agreed to an amendment to the army appropriation bill relating to Cuba satisfactory to the president and all parties The report is unanimous Democrats will offer no opposition and the Cuban issue alone kept an extra session from being convened
