Special to The Leader Evanston Wyoming January 3 six Italian miners are bound over for trial in Matrict court on two counts of murder in the first degree for the killing of Ed Burke and John Kennedy at Cumberland. The brawl in a saloon left Burke and Kennedy fatally stabbed after several days. The six will be tried in April and are jailed in county custody.
