They also back reappointments of land officers A. S. Hoyt and L. R. Davis as receiver Sundance office, Fred W. Daniels as register, Eugene B. Mather as receiver Buffalo office, and M. C. Barrow as receiver Douglas office.
Bakersfield report says Ralph Higgins shot and killed his sweetheart Midget Dickey in a fit of jealousy and then killed himself. The incident occurred in a raid house near Tahachapl.
In Lamuisville Kentucky on December 26 Theress Hausman age unknown, daughter of di Haveman, was accidentally shot through the heart by George Doll. The incident is reported as a tragic accidental shooting in the city.
