Great Rambler mine resumes shipping to smelter
The Great Rambler mine in Albany County Wyoming has reopened shipping after years idle. Ore high in copper with trace gold platinum palladium will be sent to the Boston and Colorado smelter at Arg o, Colo. A 50-ton on-site smelter will reheat the dump ore to produce matte, while a new rail connection lowers transport costs to boost profits.
