Wyoming Convicts to be Housed at Ohio Penitentiary
After February the post office address for Wyoming convicts will be Ohio State Penitentiary Columbus Ohio Colonel Marino chairman of the penitentiary commission has arranged with Ohio authorities to place Wyoming prisoners there. The cost per convict drops from 219 dollars to 143 25 annually including fare and clothing. Thirty five to forty convicts will be moved to Columbus within sixty days. The grand jury indicted Jas Donnelly and Jas Mohest nut as accessories after the fact to the murder of Charles Guno. Jay Franklin was not indicted.
