Lander Wyoming April 20 W T Judkins formerly Riverton postmaster was arrested on a charge of illegal voting in the Riverton Republican primary and posted 400 bond. The case stems from the Fremont county Republican fight between the Wyoming Central Irrigation company supporters and Shoshone ceded land settlers who blame the water project for land reclamation delays. The corporation faction allegedly stuffed the ballot box to win the Riverton primary, leading to Judkins’ arrest.
