Yates, Busby in Weekend Auto Crash Fatalities
Wayne Busby of Fort St John was hospitalized with back injuries after a weekend crash 10 miles north of Hudson Hope. Police estimate 1500 in car damage. no charges yet as investigations continue. He died shortly after admission. believed to have died from a heart attack at St Joseph General Hospital Dawson Creek. The Fletchers live in Chetwynd, he worked as a planerman for Cantor. Funeral services expected this week in Fawcett, Alberta, his hometown.

The Chetwynd Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion hosted a two day Pacific Command Peace River Zone meeting on September 25 and 26.
