Logging truck rollover near Chetwynd blocks road traffic
Emergency crews from Chetwynd Fire Department BC Ambulance Service and RCMP responded at 3:00 pm on Friday September 20 2002 to a logging truck rollover at km 18.5 Sukunka Road 38.5 km southwest of Chetwynd. Duke Energy and Talisman employees aided scene safety clearing traffic and logs were cut prior to arrival. Rescue was difficult and drivers who pulled over helped emergency access.
