Train delay mars Chetwynd Half Marathon finish
The 21 kilometre Chetwynd Half Marathon Sunday saw several runners halted by a CN Rail train blocking the tracks in the industrial park. Winner Brian Ethier finished in 1 30 00, hindered by crossing between cars. Fort St Johns Wendy Giesbrecht led the women. Local walkers and Tumbler Ridge runners posted top times in various categories as organizers consider a new route for 2012.
