Community donors upgrade terminally ill room at Chetwynd General

Local volunteers formed the Palliative Care Hospice Society and raised funds to convert a standard hospital room into a dedicated space for terminally ill patients at Chetwynd General Hospital. A bench window offers a nature view while an adjacent room provides a sofa TV and coffee maker for visiting friends and family. Additional funds are still sought to finish both rooms.
