Mayor to attend coal conference in Victoria
Mayor Charlie Lasser will attend a three day Victoria conference September 13 to 16 to discuss coal and mine issues. Pine Valley Coal Ltd may present. the mine near Chetwynd could create up to 120 jobs and prompt further regional leases. The trip costs 2000 dollars including meals and accommodations.
