Chetwynd approves bylaw enabling Hillside subdivision
Councillors give final reading to a zoning change on Hillside Avenue allowing Paul Sawchuk to subdivide seven lots for homes. Residents voiced concerns over water pressure and housing type but developers and the public works director said impact would be negligible. A covenant will bar mobile homes on new lots.
