A small turnout at the Ski Lodge for the annual meeting leaves the future of the Ski Club in doubt. With maintenance needs unmet, a final meeting is set for Tuesday October 30 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ski Lodge to decide whether the club will continue and manage the Wrecking Bar Ski Hill facility.
Joe Lacey, 33, of Prince George BC, charged with murder and Rose Lambert, 25, of Prince George BC, charged with accessory after the fact to murder. Both appeared in Dawson Creek Provincial Court on October 2 with trial dates set for December 18 19 and 20. Campbell died after hospital admission around 2:30 a.m. Saturday September 29 at Our Lady of Peace Church service held in Chetwynd on October 4.
