Chetwynd Aims Higher After Four Bloom Score
Chetwynd again earns four blooms in the Communities in Bloom contest. Leo Sabulsky laments a missed fifth bloom while praising downtown tidiness graffiti control and green initiatives such as rain barrels and geothermal heating. Judges note graffiti absence and a strong sustainability program with improvements planned, including landscaping rules and bylaw ideas to guide future growth.
