New trees planned for Hudson's Hope park project
Groundskeeper Lannie Rhymer notes Kathy Burseth secured a Tree Canada Foundation grant of 15 960 dollars to replace 40 dangerous trees at Dinosaur Lake Campground. The grant funded 35 trees including Paper Birch Blue Spruce Mountain Ash Schubert Choke Cherry Patmore and Autumn Purple Ash. A plan to plant 10 more trees next year uses about 3 000 dollars of remaining grant money.
