Dick Turner author of Nahani Wings of the North and Sunrise Over the Mackenzie met Maryann Hall librarian at the Public Library during a recent Chetwynd visit. Patrons attended an afternoon coffee hour and in the evening Turner lectured at the high school library to about seventy people. Mrs Bunne Hoffman of the Chamber of Commerce presented Turner with a Little Giant Statue and Maryann Hall thanked him for the Library board.
