Training Boost For Moberly Lake Fire Department
Fire Chief Rob Henry and Firefighter Barb Loberg completed a two day training session at Westbank British Columbia on September 25 26. The Justice Institute of British Columbia led lessons on ventilation building construction turnout gear and smoke color identification. Practical models reinforced key skills and both participants urge all area firefighters to attend workshops when possible. The department holds weekly meetings Mondays at 7 pm and invites new volunteers to join at the fire hall or by calling 788 2611.
