Chetwynd club thanks for rodeo grounds work and awards
Members of the Chetwynd Recreation Commission receive thanks for improvements to the Rodeo grounds. Special trophies honor Ray Schreiber and Christina Hardie, who is named Most Improved Colt Rider 1981 and collects multiple top rider trophies. Various teams and individuals win event ribbons and trophies across barrel racing, pole bending, scurries, keyhole, stake race, and novelty categories, with donations from local families and businesses. The club announces plans for next spring and wraps up social events for the season.
