Dentist Derek Duvall Faces Long Cust Motion Limitations
The College of Dental Surgeons finally ended Derek Duvall's practice in late 2010 after decades of complaints and lawsuits dating back to the mid-1980s. Duvall repeatedly moved provinces and cities and challenged the college's attempts to restrict his professional activities while pursuing legal action against the regulatory body.
