Court ruling questions HD Mining misrepresentation claims
The Federal Court found no evidence that HD Mining misrepresented mining plans at the Murray River project. The ruling cites no proof of misrepresentation and notes transition to Canadian workers may be needed if temporary foreign workers continue beyond the two year bulk sample phase.
