Local paper celebrates community life and challenges
A weekly feature praises Chetwynd newspapers for reflecting life in the town. It cites stories on a fatal crash, a $35 million Xstrata Coal investment, the five year financial plan, the PCS Loopee Race, a new media coordinator, and local library programs. It defends reporting bad news as part of truthful community coverage and notes staff impact from tragedy, urging readers to turn to page 5.
