Chetwynd Youth Soccer Dedicates 2002 Season to Michael Erickson
The CYSA dedicates the 2002 season to Michael Erickson, an avid player who died January 5, 2002. Beattie presented a donation to Mayor Lasser for Parks beautification in the District of Chetwynd, with funding from the 2002 Communities in Bloom competition. Practices run May and June with summer tournaments against Dawson Creek, Tumbler Ridge and Hudson's Hope, plus a free drop-in program at Windremfield through September.
