Co generation plant eyed to power Chetwynd area
The B C government orders sawmills to phase out smoky beehives by year end while Foothills NOW and local firms back a co-generation project in Chetwynd. The plan would burn hog fuel to produce 40 megawatts for BC Hydro, creating about 20 local jobs and eight training positions.
