Memorial tribute to traditional Saulteau hunter Bob Paquette
Robert Paquette spent a lifetime on Treaty 8 land as a traditional hunter and guide. An internationally renowned guide, he hunted in the Twin Sisters, Pink Mountain, and the northeastern Rocky Mountain and Peace River regions, catching Moberly Lake’s biggest trout. His warmth, humor, and storytelling made him a beloved teacher of land life and history.
