Canadian Monopoly Edition Sparks Local Promotions
A Canadian version of Monopoly honors 22 cities led by Chatham-Kent with a vote tally over one million. The board lists spots from Calgary to St John's, with updated Chance cards to reflect Canadian culture. A local idea for Chetwynd Doploy suggests selling board spaces to merchants and officials, turning the game into a regional promotion and souvenir for travelers.
