Ivan Golding celebrates 90th birthday in Alberta community

Long time Chetwynd resident Ivan Golding marks his 90th birthday. Born in Leeds North Dakota to homesteading parents, he moved to Alberta as a child and settled near Masinasin. A former missionary to the Saulteau at Moberly Lake, he spent 46 years in service and later became an avid gardener with trophy produce. He and Eva married in 1954 and raised two children and three grandchildren.

Mayor calls for tougher sentences in Chetwynd drugs case
