Daniel Gunter, 27, head chef at the Red Lion Tavern, arrived in Chetwynd after years of work in Australia and Europe, including London and Paris. He loves cooking for the local community and enjoys seeing diners’ reactions to his colourful dishes. He trained for four years in Australia before moving to Canada.
