Chetwynd Vandal Watch unveils a new slogan If you re not part of the solution you re part of the problem and three signs with the new logo funded by Pine Valley Home Centre Ltd. and Canfor. Signs will sit under $1000 reward notices along Highways 97 and 29. R.C.M.P. records show rising vandalism and break ins between 1991 and 1992, prompting members to patrol with training videos and police collaboration.
