Windrem Housing project gains final approvals for Chetwynd
Windrem Housing moves toward construction after final approvals from B C Housing Authority and the District of Chetwynd. The project, a 3.2 million dollar investment, provides 24 units with two handicapped-equipped two-bedroom units. CWRS will manage with on site caretaker and a tenants group for common areas. location is 5165 48 A Street. Applications expected by September with spring 2002 opening targeted.
