Heritage House opens to share fur trade history in Chetwynd
Betty Deck started the Heritage House near the Petro Canada in Chetwynd to reveal her family's fur trade links and local exploration routes dating to 1793. The site features explorer and fur trader biographies, a beaver carving, a Fur Traders Mile garden walk, and the International Friendship Gardens.
