Truck crashes into mobile home near Aspen Court
A Ford F250 crashed into a mobile home in Aspen Trailer Court at about 4:30 a.m. last Tuesday, narrowly missing a six week old baby in a bassinet. Annette Willis and her husband survived with minor injuries as their home was destroyed and the family faces large losses without insurance. ICBC offered some compensation, but payout may reflect book value if repair costs exceed the mobile home’s worth. Willis, a single parent, previously faced bankruptcy while her husband was unemployed.
