Renovations at Chetwynd Centre Affect Hockey Season
Chetwynd and District Recreation Centre renovations run on budget but will disrupt the 2009 10 season. Dressing room re orientation will reduce spaces with temporary areas and access restricted while the main concourse is restructured. The exercise room is closed until 2010, prompting local athletes to seek alternative fitness options and a potential short term lease of former equipment to fund new uses.
