Community Association demands answers on BCEAO wind delays

District council approves multiple bylaw readings and grants

From the January 16 meeting Council approved expenditure of 102 500 for a maintenance system 7 500 for an auger attachment a 25 000 pickup and 20 000 for a brush chipper. It also passed the 3 readings for a 3 715 000 2007 Revenue Anticipation Bylaw and amended frontage tax bylaws to 0 01. A 2001 02 leader purchase up to 100 000 was approved to replace a 1963 snow blower. The district will donate a 1993 Pontiac Sunbird to Chetwynd Secondary School for shop use after Spectra Energy provided a newer vehicle.
