Chetwynd Ballfield Development Plans Six Diamonds
The Chetwynd Ballfield Development Committee, a volunteer group representing about 400 players, seeks to build six centrally located, properly sized ball diamonds at Pine Valley Exhibition Park. Current diamonds are irregularly located and partly incomplete, with issues of size, safety, and access. The plan prioritizes rustic, log-built features, safety standards, and aesthetic integration with local logging heritage, plus needed materials to continue construction.
