Local album sales in Chetwynd rise for Thiltgen and Hudson
Chetwynd residents boost two local singers with strong sales of recent releases. Daria Thiltgen reports brisk cassette sales and plans a CD due spring with CBC attention possible. Wendy Hudson’s debut album has sold over 700 units and sparks plans for a second recording with prospects of Tomcat Records interest. Gymnastics Awareness Week proclaimed by Mayor Barb Shirley stretches January 20 to 28 with community turnout expected.
