Amendment to permit for Pine River Gas Plant effluent injection
Westcoast Energy Inc doing business as Duke Energy Gas Transmission submits an amendment to permit PE-5615 to add an injection well for RO treated effluent at the Pine River Gas Plant Hasler Creek area. The plan includes enhanced monitoring, relocation of the receiving site to Hasler Creek Down and Hasler Creek Up controls, and a water quality and vegetation impact assessment based on 2002 studies.
