Hudson's Hope Plans Alaska Highway Rendezvous 1992
Hudson's Hope charts a six-event summer program for Project 92 led by the Alaska Highway Rendezvous committee. The lineup includes an International Fishing Classic on Williston Lake, Bradford Angiers spotlight, high school homecoming, and reunions for coal miners, haulers, and the Bennett Dam workers. Budget relies on fundraising and donations with council backup. Prime Minister Mulroney and President Bush may attend the opening ceremony. Bob Hope is sought for the show.
